Enjoy our enchanting and eerie “haunted highlights” plus stir up your own witches brew with free time for some of Salem’s spooktacular haunts. Partake in a guided haunted stroll for some real bone chilling good fun or is a psychic reading in your future. A spellbinding ghoulish good time brimming with eye catching costumes, mesmerizing museums and spooky tales awaits in Salem, Massachusetts if you dare.

Prices are per person based on double occupancy. Pricing for single, triple and quad occupancy is available. A deposit of $100 per person is due upon reservation and is refundable up to final payment. Cancellation insurance is available at final payment. Balance is due by July 26, 2024 and trip becomes nonrefundable at that time. After July 26, 2024, space is based on availability. Itinerary is subject to change. All times are approximate. 

Day One - October 6, 2024

Board coach in Clifton Park at the Home Depot located at 4 Halfmoon Crossing at 6:30 am. A morning rest stop will be made in route to Salem. Afternoon: Arrive in Salem Village and enjoy free time for lunch and sightseeing on your own. In addition today, a guided group visit to Salem’s Gallows Hill awaits. Immerse yourself in a thrilling theatrical experience that explores the Salem Witchcraft hysteria, witch mythology and legend, and tales of ghosts from Salem and the surrounding area (Tour time TBD). Evening: Depart Salem at 5:30 pm and check into the Boston Marriott Peabody in Peabody, MA for a two night stay. Baggage handling is included. Relax and enjoy an inclusive welcome diner this evening at the hotel. Menu TBD.

 

Day Two - October 7, 2024

Morning: Breakfast at your hotel, prior to departing for a day of touring. Arrive back in Salem at 10:00 am and enjoy a one-hour narrated Tales & Tombstones Trolley Tour. Visit the scenes of grisly murders and ghastly executions; hear tales of ghosts, Salem’s haunted hotels and restaurants, long-forgotten underground passageways, ancient curses, and legends of ghost ships and haunted islands. At 11:30 am, visit one of Salem’s favorite attractions, the Salem Witch Museum to follow the history of witches, witchcraft and witch hunts through the ages. The main presentation takes you back    to the events of the Salem Witch Trials of 1692. In addition, “WITCHES: Evolving Perceptions” traces the evolution of the stereotypical witch and presents the beliefs of wicca as they are practiced today. Afternoon: Enjoy free time for lunch on own and to partake in Salem’s amazing attractions and special Haunted Happenings events at your leisure. Evening: Depart Salem at 6:00 pm and return to your hotel to relax and have dinner on your own at the hotel’s very own Sophia’s Restaurant at leisure.  

Day Three - October 8, 2024

Morning: Breakfast at your hotel, prior to check out. At 10:00 am, visit Salem’s iconic House of the Seven Gables and discover the unique and unparalleled history of the oldest surviving 17th century wooden mansion in New England. Outside, its spectacular seaside gardens await. Inside, you’ll discover a mysterious secret staircase where you least expect it! This house inspired author Nathaniel Hawthorne to write his legendary novel of the same name. A must-see attraction while visiting Salem. Afternoon: Visit the North Shore and the seaside village of Rockport, Massachusetts. Shop, sightsee and enjoy lunch on your own. Don’t forget to stop and take photos of the famed Motif #1 in the scenic shopping area known as Bearskin Neck. Board the coach at 4:00 pm and depart for home. A dinner/rest stop will be made in route. Evening: Arrival back in Clifton Park at 8:30 pm.
